Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interface with the entire organization, including external customers, executive management, partners, media, and analysts and be able to demo solutions and speak at relevant conferences, engagements and with media sources
- Work closely with Product Team to improve user experience, continuously drive innovation, and ensure brand consistency on web and mobile
- Constantly innovate and deploy experiments to users’ on-screen experience to improve lead and customer
- Meticulously measure and conduct granular campaign and on-screen performance analysis to understand why campaigns and approaches succeed or fail, identify inefficiency, and drive optimization to improve
- Develop and refine methods to calculate ROI for all campaigns
- Generate analytical insights that drive significant response improvement, CPA efficiencies, or subscription conversion and retention
- Ad-hoc deep-dive analysis and projections of performance based on various dimensions and data sources such as cross-device behavior, product usage, subscription type, churn, renewal, and customer
- Focus on top-of-funnel but maintain and foster understanding of implications through the entire funnel in coordination with the Sales and Customer Teams
- Understand target buyer needs, define buyer personas and refine specific audiences through targeting and segmentation
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ related experience with a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market leader
- 5+ years in a hands-on digital display and/or mobile acquisition experience with demand for software products
- Demonstrates leadership – Drives Goals, Develops Teams, Leads with Humility, and Sustains a Collaborative
Essential Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills:
- World-class knowledge/expertise in the successful deployment of multi-pronged product qualified lead generation strategies for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Proven experience in developing, creating and analyzing user-oriented marketing
- Proven track record on end-to-end customer experience to facilitate subscription acquisition and enhance retention
- Strong analytical skills, including a firm understanding of mobile analytics technologies, and ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems in a quantifiable way
- Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally within an organization
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as tactically; ability to “think outside of the box”
- Knowledge of and ability to apply marketing strategies to marketing tactics is
- Fast learner that proactively tackles challenges
