Our marketing department produces high-quality content to market to and grow the construction industry.  We seek a coordinator who can assist and participate in various functions related to demand and revenue generation activities.  We work in a team environment and welcome self-starters with a strong work ethic to apply.


  • Work closely with internal marketing colleagues to coordinate the production and publication of marketing editorial and advertising content
  • Organize and update deployment calendar
  • Create and deploy automated marketing campaigns in an automation platform
  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Support data integrity in marketing automation platform and proactively manage changes
  • Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow and event logistics including, but not limited to, booth booking, creation, and registration of badges, housing, packing and sending show materials, ordering supplies and budget tracking
  • Enter marketing purchase orders, establish and maintain vendor relationships and budget records
  • Assist in the organization and inventorying of content
  • Complete other projects as assigned


Degree in Marketing or related field, or two to three years’ experience in marketing within a software company.  Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of marketing automation and database management practices is a plus.
